After determinating that my water heater replacement/installation in the basement would not be a complicated one (e.g., no stairs, no tight spaces), he gave me a bit of a discount. (I would say much lower because I don't want to give the impression that his price was suspiciously cheap in exchange for shoddy work. his work was in fact excellent and an outstanding value.) "This pro arrived to the job about an hour and a half early than scheduled time and gave his honest professional opinion on what my problem was regarding a leaky toilet. He also gave me the option to totally remove it it but based on his professional opinion, the project seemed to only require replacing a leaking water supply line which was less work to replace.
