Not only was AquaFlow the least expensive, but when I met Enrique, I knew I wanted to work with him on this project and all future plumbing issues. He explained what needed to be done, secured the tank from the supply dealer, and showed up at 9:00 AM promptly as promised. It was originally planned to be a two man job, but the other person couldn’t make it. Enrique did the entire job on his own. I was amazed. He worked until 5:00 PM. I asked why he didn’t just reschedule with me, but he stuck to the date and time he gave me. He also installed my new touch-less faucet and adjusted the cartridge in the shower and I now can take hot (not warm) showers."

Very well, had the worker by name of John, worked very hard, especially carrying out old tank, was by himself, very impressed, on how hard he worked and his efficiency in doing so. Never slowed down.

received prompt attention.   Anthony   always returned my phone calls, and inspected the problem.  Anthony, the owner respects a customer (which is hard to find in our day)

"While looking for a plumber to inspect and replace a leaking water heater, I found Rapid Repairs.  I called the number, and was directed to send a text message if I needed a emergent response.  After only a few minutes, I got a response in a text message addressing my issue.  They were professional and answered my questions as best he could without being at my house.  I even got estimates based on my answers.  The only reason I did not utilize their service was that I needed hot water immediately, and they were already on multiple service calls, meaning the earliest they could come out would be Monday.

"A real find! We've had many plumbers, good and bad, but by far, Clearway was the best! I called them yesterday with two issues: a leaking relief valve on our water tank, and a slow draining toilet that coughed up grey gunk after 2 days of Draino Max Buildup treatment and plunging, yet wouldn't drain properly. Jim Montalbano got back to me very quickly, gave me the low-down on what was most likely happening, and sent his team over bright and early today.
