Quality of the work and the product was very good and he kept me updated as to each step of the process. He has a great staff that seems to work well together. I made a couple of changes mid stream and they were handled without issue. Aside from a couple of delays, which were not his fault (weather and county permits), project was done on time. It was almost like I was right there, even though I was 400 miles away. Don really built us a quality home, strong enough to handle the heaviest snow loads in the snow belt of the lower peninsula. He once went the extra mile to plow our heavily snowed driveway just so I could get into our new house to review some of his work. He finished our shell with many extra personal touches that we added along the way. He made the changes we wanted and didn't try to talk us out of them just because it would be easier. All this was done in a very timely manner. We would highly recommend Don for his innovation, quality, cost, character, and timeliness. This guy is a real winner! We plan to use him for more upcoming projects."

"Generally went well. They have a great team of carpenters and all are professional and courteous. There were no major problems other than some weather issues that were beyond their control. I would recommend getting all allowances up front. The only thing we were unhappy about were the allowances alloted in the quote/budget and the fact that we didn't know those details until after we signed. Painting subcontractors were not great, but the owner of that company personally came out to fix the problems. Adenline didn't disappear after the project and were very quick to respond to any needs that came up later."
