"The locks on the entry door and storm door are opposite; very difficult to unlock front door. Broke off reinforcement in the process of installing supports for the rod in the master closet, and failed to mention it. Two men were sent for the 8-hour job and the majority of work was done by one individual; basically, I received 4 hours of labor. I also had to pay for an additional hour of labor because it took 5 hours to complete the work described above. Mirror in half bath is not centered."

"Travis came out to my home did a great inspection and explained in easy terms what I needed and what he could supply. Installation of a central air conditioner and furnace was all done in one day! Travis explained how everything worked and made sure I understood my new equipment."

"All according to plan.  On time.  On budget.  Installers were friendly, answered questions, and did their best to contain dust and debris.  Cleaned up nicely after themselves.  Over all a good experience.  Have used Hedlund many times over the years and they're our contractor/plumbers of choice.

"They did an estimate immediately. They accelerated the installation schedule because my wife is ill and needed the product immediately. They induced the electrician to come quickly as well. They did a good job. Installation time was short. They replaced a faulty thermostat that they originally installed with a new furnace two years ago."

"CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"
