"We had a bad experience based on a recommendation we were given for another paving contractor and that business did a terrible job. We were disgusted needless to say. Based on reviews from Angie's list BDB has such high ratings we decided to give them a call. I explained our situation and they were very understanding. BDB sent a person out to look at the driveway. He told us what they would do to both fix the situation and install with the correct materials. After having gone through what we did we were being very cautious about every little thing. They were truly great sports and listened to our every request. We were probably being a little fussy but we had just been through a bad experience and we had never had a driveway repaved. Devin was also great in trying to work with our very difficult time schedule. So thank you to BDB!! We would highly recommend them. Price wise they are a little pricy and they admit that and they also tried to take into consideration our situation but it was worth it."

"This is not your routine paving company review. This is more so a story of a human being showing empathy for another. But if you don’t have time to read this all, just know that Precision Roads is not only full of people who will provide you with a skillful and high quality driveway or parking lot but more importantly, it is comprised of people who are kind human beings. Our driveway was a hot mess thanks to a scam paving company. We were in desperate need of a reliable paver and Precision came highly recommended by multiple people. The owner, Harry, responded to my call right away and came out himself to ***** the situation within days. We then had the pleasure of having, Richard, the lead estimator come out and meet with us as well. We came up with a plan and they got their crew out to our house the following week. This crew is a well oiled machine! There was about 10 guys working, including Harry, the owner. It reminded me of a choreographed dance they way each person knew what to do and when. They were able to do our driveway and our neighbor across the street from start to finish within a day and a half. Every person we encountered was pleasant, respectful and seemed to enjoy their job. My kids are obsessed with Blippi these days so they loved seeing the big machines working. The crew were patient and friendly to answer my little ones questions. We are still in awe of how amazing our driveway looks and how much it really elevated the look of our property. We are customers for life!"

Our concrete steps and pad needed to be resurfaced and the masonry on the foundation needed to be redone. He did this spread out over about 3 days due the weather. I will hire him again for any other masonry jobs we have."

Enjoyed the time he spent with me explaining the company, their service and how to compare what he offers to what other companies offer. <br /> Did not pick Asphalt Doctor because another contractor offered to bundle other work together with the paving into the same job time frame and offered the same or more materials for a competitive price. If I did a paving only job, I would choose the Asphalt Doctor, hands down. <br />"

"Pros: end product looks good, responsive to questions and concerns. <br /> Cons: had to come back multiple times to correct issues that should have been done right the first time. Project would have benefited from more direct oversight, as the person who did most of the work was self-admittedly "still learning". The final cost of the retaining wall/front steps was more than twice the original estimate. I understand cost is based on square footage, but I had no warning it was so over budget until the final bill. <br /> <br /> I completely understand the increase in price for the back patio, because I increased the square footage. In part, due to what I assumed would be the cost for the retaining wall. The final sq footage  for the retaining wall and steps was more than 200% the estimate. I think communicating this to the customer during the project would go a  long way, and I am glad you will do that in the future. <br />"
