"Because of the great reviews on Angie's list, I wanted Dennie's Resurfacing.  I paid more for the service because he came from 2 hours away.  It was worth the extra cost.  I am a shoeless house and when they came in they graciously removed their shoes and were so considerate of my home. They cleaned up after themselves and removed the old glass doors I no longer wanted. That was impressive to me! They were so kind, cordial, and respectful.  The tub looks brand new--that saved me thousands of dollars and all the mess of construction!  The only challenge was the smell (I'm a health nut) but they do "green" so I was just patient for the smell to leave (I do not have a window in that bathroom); however within 24 hours the smell was gone. They have a five year warranty...so I hope to not need them, but if I do I'll report on warranty service at that time.  I wholehearted recommend this company.

"Andres and his crew were fabulous, they finished ahead of schedule, the prep work involved on this property was really involved repairing a really worn and beat interior before painting. He made this house pop I actually was able to sell it as they were removing the protective paper off the floors. The first buyer through the home purchased it. They delivered the home cleaner than when they started ,as usual I could not have been happier but the best news was how happy my seller was returning home from being abroad to see their old home shining like a work of Art. It was a great before and after. I have used Andres and his company for dozens of jobs including new hardwood flooring. As a Realtor it is hard to give referrals for work man, all you can do is lose.
