"The process went as expected based on the timeline given by WMM. I found all of the workers to be very easy to communicate with and any questions I had were answered in a timely manner. While the price for the job wasn't inexpensive, it was fair and less costly than many other contractors we talked with. It was surprisingly difficult to find anyone who was even willing to do a concrete step job, but WMM was happy to accommodate our needs and always had a friendly attitude. <br /> The only hiccup in the job was caused by some low wires over our driveway. The wires made it very difficult for the concrete truck to access the pour area. The truck had to drive in our yard and made some deep ruts. I told the contractor about this and he did his best to fill the ruts and reseeded the area at no extra charge. <br />"

By the time the health inspector came out, our storm water was flowing right into the street storm sewer, as required. The inspector's only comment was "whoever did this knew what they were doing". "He came over and did a great job.  Everybody loved it.  They like the white because I lived in a condo and I don't have a lot of light; from the sliding glass door I do but from the rest of that area I don't.  He was a nice man; he thought it wasn't enough for him to do or his staff but he got somebody to do for $50.  That was very nice of him.  If I have something else which I am thinking about to have done I will call him but hopefully it would be enough for him to do.  He went out of his way to get help for me."

"Nick and his team did an excellent job.  We had used Nick previously to clean and paint our basement when we had mold issues.  From our great experience with Nick on the basement, we hired Nick to do the bathroom.  Nick was always responsive in terms of coming out to the house, providing us with a quote and answering any questions we had.  Both times, Nick provided us with a very detailed and fairly priced quote for the work.  We needed the work done while we were on vacation.  Nick scheduled us in the those specifc dates and showed up and completed the work when he said he would.  Since we weren't home, we left Nick with our key to let him self in and lock up afterwards each day.  We had no issues whatsoever.  Nick was very easy to work with.  He gave good suggestions and advice on what we should do.  I wanted a panasonic fan on a timer and that is what Nick installed.  He referred us to a tile company where we didn't have much luck finding what we wanted.  We went to another tile company.
