The initial install was going great until he unboxed the new hot water heater only to realize it was completely dented. He worked with us to figure out a solution. He installed the dented water heater, so we wouldn't be without water until the new one could be here (special order). He even offered to allow us to not pay until the second water heater was installed. He is absolutely an amazing contractor and I would recommend him to anyone.
