The initial install was going great until he unboxed the new hot water heater only to realize it was completely dented. He worked with us to figure out a solution. He installed the dented water heater, so we wouldn't be without water until the new one could be here (special order). He even offered to allow us to not pay until the second water heater was installed. He is absolutely an amazing contractor and I would recommend him to anyone. Most other companies were at least a week for an estimate and then they would have to schedule an installer to come back on a different day, Snyder sent a tech out to do the estimate which was on par or slightly less then other companies and then he did an above average install.
