"Brian first came by one evening to do the power washing. He was done in an hour. Then, he came by with a fellow worker to fill some holes in our deck with some wood filler and to sand the deck. Then, the third day he came by with his sister to stain the deck. He wore a mask every time he spoke with my husband and I and kept a six foot distance. He was excellent at communicating with me. This is the second time I have used Brian. He is reliable and gave me a great price. He did a standup, excellent job. Thank you, Brian. And I am also getting a quote from him to have my paving stones power washed and the weeks removed from in between the stones. Then he will fill in with a special sand. Great, professional worker!"

"John and his staff are the ultimate professionals! I previously had a sun-room built on top of a deck. The sun-room was falling apart and frankly was a safety hazard. John came in and demolished the sun-room as per my request. He then tore up the old splintering deck and replaced it with a beautiful new one. As I have a dog, I needed fencing all around. The fencing was beautiful and I'm sure added tremendous value to my house. He did all of this in three days and cleaned up and carted away everything. Our house was double the size that was offered in the deal but he was kind enough to send us another price and he was really nice about it and accommodating. He could have charged us twice the price and he didn't he just gave us another special deal. He did an excellent job and I would highly recommend him. (10/14/2016) UPDATE Bob had offered a special deal through Angie's List to clean and scrub the roof . He said due to our home supposedly being larger then that deal offered, we would have to pay him extra for that but he would still give us a break on the total. He cleaned the roof, but it was still dirty. Bob said to wait for it to rain and it will clean the rest that was left, so we did. After the rain it still looked horrible. We reached out to him and requested he redo the job. He said he would and since then many call have been made to him with no response. We definitely are not happy with his lack of response to us especially after he had gone out of his way to make sure the house was completely clean."

"I repeat that the sanding and cement preparation was perfect. The company that had painted the walls and ceiling left paint and other stuff on the floor. They were careless and would get a poor review from me. iPaint took care of it and spent time and effort to clean it all up before putting down the epoxy. The work was done in a week. No dust, no dirt, no mess. And I told the team that the garage with 100% solid epoxy and flakes looks so good I could use it for my master bedroom. Without reservation, I recommend iPaint for any cement epoxy painting. By the way they also painted the basement walls in a beautiful blue, so my basement went from a storage area to a recreational area. I will use iPaint also in my Manhattan residence."
