"Barbara was phenomenal. A true professional dedicated to her craft and excellent customer service. We had a custom toilet that stopped working, and a leaky faucet in the same bathroom. She reached out right away after requesting a quote through Angi, and she came the same day. At first she told us that the toilet required a part she’d have to order, and after fiddling with the faucet, recommended the 15 year-old fixture be replaced. I offered to purchase it from Home Depot or Lowe’s she agreed to come back to replace the old one and install it in 3 days. After she left, she called me back and asked if she can return because she figured out how she could try to fix the toilet with existing parts she had in her truck. She did it. The toilet is functioning better than it did before the problems began! She then returned 3 days later as promised to replace the bathroom faucet, a complicated project because of the cabinet structure that she stuck with and skillfully completed. On a personal note. We bonded once I asked about the name of the company, which her father, who founded the company, named after his Navy ship. My dad also served in the Navy. Barbara kept me regularly posted about when she’d arrive and the progress of the work. She was true to her word. I’d gladly paid her for her excellent work."

"I recommend harvey as we called him at 10 pm for a busted water pipe in my moms house he answer my call and stated dont worry im on my way he then turn off the main water valve told my mom dont worry you be ok he found the broken pipe went to his van got materials needed and fix the problem my mom was back up and running he then clean up the water on the floor dried up the area turn on the water and told my mom all set. "My appointment was between 10 to 12 and Derick showed up at 11 after purchasing some parts. He did everything by 1:30 PM and left by 2 PM. He worked on two replacements of pipes one he installed a knob and the other he replaced and installed new pipes. he assessed the surrounding pipes to see if there are any other damages. His work was thorough and very polite. I am having him come back to do the corrosions that we found. The price was a little bit more than I expected but worth the price."
