"Jack and his crew were thorough, professional and courteous throughout the entire waterproofing project for the basement, which included outside drainage work to better direct water away from the house, and the foundation repairs that were needed. He provided a detailed estimate and explained all facets of the project. Jack also provided additional recommendations for repairing the house gutters and downspouts. "Mark is a very responsive contractor. Any time I called and needed to speak to him he would answer or would call back within 30 minutes. His workers work CLEAN. I have seen interior concrete performed where concrete dust would be on every floor of the house, not ACM. They basically sealed off half of the basement with a plastic wall and ventilated the work area out one of my basement windows. The men worked clean and efficiently. They even finished the project 1 day earlier than expected. We had a footing drain and the easy breathe system installed."

"Went well. Called for septic to be pumped on a Saturday afternoon. He was in the area on another job and came when he was done. Told us the overflow needed pumping also but would have to come back another day to do that since his truck was full. Got the septic pumped out and came back 10 days later to pump and aerate the overflow. Put the patch of grass back that he had to dig up to get to it. You'd never know he did anything there. Very pleased with his work. Bob was very professional, had told us the prices up front. Would definitely use him again. Price includes taxes and discounts from coupon."

"Guy and his team, including foreman Al Hayes, were extremely good, the best contractor we have ever worked with. They came immediately, did an excellent job in a very complex cleaning job of a sewer backup in a basement filled with stuff. They did so efficiently, with complete consideration for us and for helping us sort what to keep and not. They removed truckloads of stuff. They left us with a remarkably clean basement with no residue from the back-up and fully sanitized. Their whole crew was courteous, pleasant, respectful and very careful of all our things. Guy was always part of the process and always immediately responsive to calls and questions. He went above and beyond, taking time to advise us on a variety of house issues, which was very helpful. They later came back and cleaned the attic, which had been filled with black dust from a roof installation, again as well as before. Al also repaired some tile work for us in his spare time at a very reasonable price. I believe the pricing for all of this was quite reasonable for the very fine work performed. "Mr. John O. arrived on time and alerted me prior to his coming by phone. John went around the basement and inspected the walls and windows for moisture penetration, and signs of deterioration. He listened to my concerns and wrote a report and recommended an indoor french drain installation based on his professional judgment of the situation.
I received the report with a schematic of my basement and his assessment as a pdf on email. He included a detailed estimate for the work proposed.
I feel that I got a report and an hour of evaluation for $49 and it is fair.
