"The sealing of the foundation went well, I am very pleased with that. The pipe replacement happened within a few days of them telling me they would get it done. However when they cut through the pipe, they also cut through my siding! I called the sales guy I had been dealing with, Paul, and he said he would pay for the repairs or they could send someone out. That was 1/12/19 I had a handy man ready to drywall the wall, so I had my guy fix their mistake and let them know it would be $100.00 for the repair. Paul said they would credit my credit card. It has now been 2 weeks and my I have not received my refund."

"Just had Bracken install interior French drain in my basement today. Crew showed up on time and kept me informed through the process. I will update post a few months from now once I know for sure the system works or not. Crew was out of Williamsport and worked non-stop and cleaned up well. Only bad thing is price is a little higher than others in area, but we came to an agreement that we both felt was fair. If interior drain works as half as well as the crew that installed it, I will be extremely happy."

"My experience with Advanced Restoration and Wateroroofing was very positive. The initial consulation with Marty was straight-forward and with no pressure. He gave me different options and never tried to oversell. Once I made my decision, both Marty and the owner, Mike Bird, stayed in touch ahead of the ptoject work. "I Hired Buckeye Waterproofing because they did my son and daughter in laws house and they were very pleased and the basement looked great. I was nervous I'm an older man if I could've done it myself I would've but i'm glad I didn't. My basement was leaking had mold, a wall moving, and cracks. it was in awful shape and completely unusable. Rick came out and gave me an estimate which I felt was fair due to the horrible condition of the basement. I hired them right away and they got the job started right away. Rick came out with a crew of 4 guys the day the job was set to start. He explained everything to me went over the details I was able to tell him specifics I wanted they set up plastic so my stuff wouldn't get dirty and plastic hanging in the doorways so it wouldn't get the other room's  dirty. They also set up tarp to walk on so my floors didn't get dirty. They also set ply-wood on the lawn so the machine didn't ruin my lawn. Over a period of 4 days they waterproofed my basement from the outside and installed 6 structural straps from the inside. The sprayed mold removal on the walls and scrubbed them. They also filled in all the cracks with  mortar. The waterproofing fixed the leaking, the straps prevented the wall from moving more. I haven't had a problem since and i'm finally able to use my basement. I couldn't be more grateful and happy I hired them.

"I originally gave Barnett's an A but now as I went back in to install the wall sconces and outlet covers, (we had the carpet cleaned so this is the first time this could be done) I noticed that most of the corners were missed and one wall has to be completely repainted so many spots were missed. The room is dark with dark colors but they knew that from the start and that was discussed. My wife and I will repaint all of the trim (brush strokes) and the south wall. Hopefully it will match (flat burgundy) so we do not have to repaint the entire room. Really disappointed. Picture of wall is just a sample - there are many spots like this."
