"Car picked up on the day promised, however we thought we would get a call telling us when during the day ( before noon, afternoon or early evening) and did not so we called and got an answer. The difficulty was that we were not there for the car pickup since we lived out of state and relied on friends to help us and we did not want to inconvenience them or make them hang around their house the whole day. Also the car arrived earlier in the west coast than expected, and my sister got a call that gave her maybe 2 -3 hours notice to accept delivery. Unfortunately, she lives on an island, not the mainland and ferries only run every so often assuming you could even get on the ferries without advance reservations . Once again, we expected a prior day call. Problem with communications and the deliverer knowing the circumstances about ferry/ island... I guess the morale of the story is 1) be there yourself for pickup and be flexible and 2) don’t live on an island accessible only by ferry, propellar planes and personal watercraft. Makes it a lot less stressful"

"<p>TWO MEN SHOWED UP AT 8:20 AM and went to work with amazing efficiency. They thoroughly cleaned and hosed down (with their own hoses) 82 feet of 2nd floor gutters in under 30 minutes. All downspouts were flowing freely. They made sure to clean all pine needles and leaves off the roof as well as clean out the gutters.
