"After interviewing several contractors, we hired Gleason{ removed company name} contracting for an extensive fireplace renovation and hardwood floor installation project, and we are so glad we did. Mike and his team refaced our oversized brick fireplace with stacked stone, custom cutting, color matching, and fitting the stone throughout perfectly. Work requiring attention to detail, like the interior of wood box, corners, and installing and finishing the drywall accommodations for mounting the tv, look absolutely outstanding. The hearth was so wide that we could not find a precut slab, but Mike had a connection with a stone mason who fabricated a beautiful, singular blue stone slab approximately ten feet in length, solving yet another challenge. In addition to the fireplace place, they laid the flooring, and stayed on to paint the walls and ceilings. During the work, communication was great. We were kept up-to-date on progress and future work plans. Any questions or concerns were thoughtfully addressed, and all work was done with the utmost care and craftsmanship. "Been trying to find a contractor since january 2020, every rain lost sleep, finally found someone who understands roofing and the concept of proper flashing I can sleep now , the work was impeccable I work for a major commercial builder in NJ. Could have had one of the companies that work for me repair this. I needed someone I thought could work on my custom stone home Built by my uncle, the stone work on this home cannot be replicated, Every stone on the house was hand cut by my uncle, took him 4 years to do the stone work, I had hand full of contractors show up and never heard from again, contacted the big companies on Angie's list to be told not interested want to do full roof install, Then I met ozzy was reluctant to use due to amount of time on Angie's with so few reviews, but I read every one of these reviews and felt there is a man who works with intergerty, I finally met him Felt comfortable he was the company I needed hired him It was a very complicated repair ,and was done efficiently and properly The crew worked at a nice pace not rushing to leave, took their Tim with the details that cause leaks , end of the day When they were gone you never knew they were there roof and area cleaner than when they arrived. Its a shame this company has so few reviews . I will recommend, will use again, If you want your job done and done correctly go no further I been building for 35+ years and know how its done correctly. The damage to this house was caused by z sub that worked for me 20 years ago, and did not listen to how I wanted the flashing Done, to busy to do correctly and rushing to go home You need it done hire omr he is on the job and his crew know how to function as a team Couldn't be happier next storm I won't be worrying"

"When my roof started leaking I began the arduous task of getting estimates for a new roof. After getting a number of estimates from most of the minor and major roofing companies serving Orange County NY, I was not impressed. Most of the larger companies were expensive and the owner is not involved in the installation. The smaller companies had no website or did not belong to the Better Business Bureau. I also received a couple of estimates from home improvement companies which although they had much lower estimates, they were not accredited with the shingle manufacturer which could void the warranty. As a last resort I called Luna Siding and Roofing, Inc. Their salesman Sam came out the next day and I explained to him I did not need the whole sales pitch about the shingles which I had heard a number of times already. He explained to me that the owner is on site throughout the roof installation. Sam did not give me an estimate on the spot which all of the other contractors previously had. A day or two later I received a detailed estimate of the work to be done with a ton of additional information. I was also impressed with the fact that I was given a 48 hour discounted price which helped to expedite my decision. After doing some research of the company as well as requesting photos of actual work that they had done, I signed a contract. To my luck they had an immediate opening. Within a few days after sending a deposit, the owner Rolando and his crew arrived 7am in the morning and immediately went to work. Unfortunately for me the roof sheathing had two problems, it was only 3/8 inch plywood and portions of the roof exposed to direct sunlight all day had melted the shingles onto the plywood which was impossible to remove. After doing some quick online research and talking to Rolando, I decided to have the entire roof sheathing replaced with 1/2 inch plywood. Although it was unexpected expense, I do not believe in being penny wise and dollar foolish as the saying goes, putting a new roof over questionable roof sheathing could lead to very expensive problems later which the shingle manufacturer may not cover. Rolando was also flexible with allowing me to pay a small balance in the near future after the holidays. The crew worked throughout the day and were completed by 4 in the afternoon. The yard was completely cleaned and the roof looked great. I would highly recommend Luna Siding and Roofing to friends and family."

"Project went very well. Deck stairs were warped for years and did not have supports. Yazrayz used a jack to raise stairs and added posts to straighten. They also straightened the rails after 13 years of use. Job took 1.5 days. YasRayz also framed my attic access very nicely and cleaned up areas afterwards. They know their craft well. Would highly recommend."

"We had finally saved up enough to consider finishing part of our basement. But we knew we had some moisture and mold issues that needed to be taken care of first. Basement Gurus evaluated the situation and provided us a plan of attack. They upgraded our existing French drain system, removed the existing mold, and treated our walls to prevent future issues. Then when it was determined that our project would require an egress to meet our township's building code, they installed that too. The work was extremely high quality and efficient. They were respectful of our home. And when we ran into some minor issues with their finishing contractor, they quickly got involved and got everything working smoothly. Our project rep, Phil, was extremely attentive to our needs and what WE wanted to do, and didn't steer us into something we didn't want. He worked with us on pricing and payments so that we would be comfortable with our finances. Best of all, he constantly called or stopped in throughout the whole process to make sure our questions were answered and that everything was to our satisfaction. We now have the space we've wanted since we moved in nearly 12 years ago. Looking forward to watching the Super Bowl this weekend in my new room!"
