"Hottest day of the year, July 20th 2019....115 degree heat index. I am sitting in the A/C. Surfing for deals on Angies ASAP had a great deal. I called for the deal. Within an hour Sal was here, on my driveway and new garage door was replaced in less than 1 hour. Sal was very personable, polite and punctual. He is also licensed and carries insurance. Sal is also a General Contractor and can be utilized for any variety of project."

"Oh I am so happy, Cody came within 3 hours and looked over everything and explained to my son and I what had to be done. He put the door up so we could get our cars out. The man was so Kind and Understanding . He wanted to come back the nest day on Saturday but we had other arrangements. I forgot to mentioned this happened where the spring left loose and came crashing down on a Friday afternoon. we could not even image if this would have hit someone as Cody explained the force behind the springs. This mourning he came Monday and Fixed it and also adjusted the belt drive. "Jim from Vanguard came to our house after we called him to consult about replacing the doors, which were broken. He was nice, professional, and was not pushy. We gave a deposit for him to order the doors. Then, we waited. And, called. And, heard nothing. After 3 phone calls which weren't returned, we were concerned. We then left a message on the company's emergency number. We got a call the next day and they scheduled the date for installation. They said they were having trouble with scheduling because of vacations (but that doesn't mean they shouldn't have called back.) The installers arrived when they said they would and performed the work with no mess. We were not home and didn't even see them but when we came home, the doors were great! Installed well and so quiet. Our experience would have been excellent if it weren't for the problem with them calling us back."
