I'll be honest, the price was a little more than we expected when we first got the estimate, but we didn't even bother with a 2nd or 3rd estimate because I could tell right away that we were going to get a high quality job. We got the airflow system and all. I was kept well-informed of when the team was going to arrive, when the dumpster was going to be dropped off, and when they needed to come back to finish a few planned follow-up things. The team that did the actual roof replacement was right on time, did an outstanding job, made themselves available if we had any questions, and did an excellent job of cleaning up.
