"Initial contact was with the owner, Bob. Work was primarily done by Ed and his son. The completed project looks great. Ed was a perfectionist about his work and made sure to plan everything correctly. There were a few glitches along the way but everything was handled well by Ed. Based on our experience Bob was the salesman and Ed (with help from his son) was the worker. The only complaint I have is the additional 500 that was charged after the project was completed. I was told it was for the bathroom fan and alcove in the shower. I believe these items could have increased the price, but I would have preferred being told this before installation rather than after. I specifically asked what the additional costs would be and was told not to worry about it. I wasn't concerned about the additional cost as much as the lack of communication during the project about the additional cost. After it's all done and your told to come up with additional 500 at the very end was not expected - it would have been nice to now that earlier. Aside from that, they were very professional, easygoing, and it was obvious that Ed takes pride in his work. Everything he installed, was installed with careful planning and our new bathroom is beautiful. I recommend Avalon Tub & Tile and would call on them again to do additional jobs for me."

"Let me say that I purchased the deal of 4 hours for $179. Galen went and purchased the light fixtures and wood for the door and we had an additional 2 hours so that's why the total was $587. Galen arrived with his crew and they went to work. I am so pleased with everything they did. I am thrilled to have found Keenan Handyman Services and will definitely call them again. I am looking to have them install a garage door opener, paint the interior of my house and add on to my deck. They just did a fantastic job and I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know.  Thanks for a job well done!!!"

"We can't even begin to tell you how happy we are with the work that was done on our home. Our house went from being the "ugly duckling" of our street to the "beautiful swan" after Roman's crew was done with our home. Bill, Rob and Evan were the men who did our front porch, and it's what sets the look for the house. I could not have asked for three finer men who were a pleasure to get to know, and appreciate their workmanship. The guys would show up around 6:30am, and were ready to begin at 7am. They had the old porch torn off in a day, and over the next several days, an entirely new porch was framed and the most beautiful wood was used for the new flooring, along with white vinyl railings. They also put in my new front door and storm door to complete the project. For the siding, gutters, downspouts, soffit & fascia, I've not seen men work this hard and tirelessly in a long time. Fredericko and Jose would show up around 8am every day, and work until they had no daylight left to work in. The finished product looks incredible, and we are so grateful for the hard work the men put in to transforming our home. One minor issue-the downspout collars were installed with bar code labels on them. I phoned Chris to notify him and someone came within the week to remove them.
