He even went to far as to go online on his smartphone to try to price refrigerators similar to my old one. He was very thorough and offered options available at used and new outlets.
He let me know that the price for his service call  was $60.00 and that it is about half what other appliance repair shops charge to come to your home.  I was pleased to pay the price for his expertise, honesty, and good advice. 
The main take away is that Chris Gallagher is honest, professional, experienced and, I believe, one who can be trusted to have his customers' best interests at heart. I recommend him enthusiastically.
