After getting in contact with Kingsley improvements, they put my situation at the top of their list and had replaced my sump pump almost immediately! They were kind, knowledgeable, and professional, and took my sense of urgency seriously, when other companies wouldnâ t. Iâ m beyond grateful for them getting my sump pump back in working order and I seriously cannot recommend this company enough. they are AMAZING!!"

"In 2021, I hired Eric to fix a water leak in my basement. I paid approximately $8000. Three months after the work was done, there was leaking again. He came over and told me that this was a different leak. After I saved up enough money, I was referred to an expert in basement leaks/foundations. He came over and completed the work. When he was doing the work, he proactively asked me who did the work previously. He said he was clearly not done by someone with knowledge of foundations. I have tried to resolve with Eric. At a minimum, I deserve a refund"

The crew was efficient and the work was done correctly. They even helped and built my elderly neighbor a garage bathroom after seeing the work at my house. "First of all, I would have given zero stars but one is the lowest. I hired Outdoor Personia to install a cupola on my garage roof. I sent a photo of the cupola as requested. I was told the photos have been assessed and was good to go. I paid them $320, which was 1/2 of the installation cost. The contractor that they sent out cut up my base so it was not able to be used. I was notified by Melody and told that I would need to purchase a new base for $90 and may have to pay for a crane to get it on the roof. I told her I was a little confused about needing a crane because the contractor that was installing it, had it on the roof but then removed it. She later replied that I would not need the crane but now the base suddenly increased in price from $90 to $300. Long story short, they butchered my base then tried to get me to purchase a new base and pay for a crane that was absolutely not needed. Absolutely the worst company i have ever done business with. I will be pursuing legal action."
