Other contractors either did not respond at all or were not willing to go over the prepared surface we had had done 2 years earlier as part of a larger construction project. "Great experience! Love the finished product! We were connected with Harris & Co through the folks we were hiring to pave our driveway. Josh, the owner reached out to me to schedule time, he came up with a design that brought granite pavers and cobblestones together to finish the side entrance and where the garage meets the driveway that was better than I could have imagined. From there, he ran with ordering materials, meeting the timeline, getting the materials on site and bringing in quality guys to do the job. There was an issue with a drain pipe that was installed that would have impacted how the stones were laid and Josh identified and rectified it by adding a right angle to the pipe. That alone, showed that he genuinely cared about the quality and the customer satisfaction. We would highly recommend."

"Premier Pavers were very attentive throughout the process. They gave a thorough estimate (mid-range for the 3-4 we got), but what set them apart was customer service. They provided us with catalogs and sample materials and were happy answer lots and lots of questions. They were pro-porous paving, which demonstrated they were environmentally aware. They started and finished the job on time, the workers were polite and near, and the quality was good. We installed six months ago and it looks great, no unexpected settling or drainage issues. "I HAD CALLED SEVERAL LOCAL GRAVEL/CEMENT COMPANIES IN WATERTOWN AND WALTHAM ASKING IF THEY CARRIED SMALL PEA GRAVEL TO SURROUND THE BASE OF AN ABOVE-GROUND POOL. THE SALES REP I SPOKE WITH AT IDEAL BLOCK IN WALTHAM WAS VERY RUDE AND REPEATEDLY MENTIONED THAT THEY WOULD NOT DELIVER. THE OTHER TWO IN WATERTOWN WERE VERY NICE BUT DID NOT CARRY THE PEA GRAVEL. BOTH RECOMMENDED AA WILL SAND & GRAVEL AND I COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED. WHEN THE DRIVER FIRST ARRIVED, I ASKED IF I COULD LOOK IN THE TRUCK TO SEE THE SAMPLE (I HAD ORDERED IT SIGHT UNSEEN) AND RATHER THAN SENDING THE SMALL SIZE PEA STONE, THEY MISTAKENLY SENT THE LARGER SIZE. THANK GOODNESS HE HADN'T EMPTIED THE TRUCK! HE CHECKED THE ORDER, NOTICED IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN THE SMALL SIZED PEA STONE, AND WAS VERY APOLOGETIC. HE IMMEDIATELY LEFT MY HOUSE, RETURNED TO CANTON AND WITHIN 2 HOURS RETURNED WITH THE SMALL SIZED GRAVEL."
