We were getting some water in our basement which has a stack-stone foundation and radiant floor heating. We interviewed three companies and were particularly concerned about a solution that would stop the water without compromising the radiant tubes that were in the floor. Initially, Pioneer recommended a baseboard system that would run along the outside of the wall. Upon inspection, Mike Oliveira discussed a traditional drain to sump pump solution. "Went very well from introduction to final payment. Dhimiter recommended reasonable approaches to replacing the degraded walk that both fit the circumstances and our sensibilities. He and his assistant worked without complaint or requote despite the uncertainty of what was under everything, in this case a massive concrete foundation that needed modification They even straightened the granite curbstones acting as retaining wall along the front of the yard.
