After looking at the rest of the work that needed doing and talking to Nilson at DNS Construction we opted for a complete strip down and rebuild of a large and a small porch. It was the best decision made. The quote was reasonable and the workmanship was outstanding. They installed trex decking and stairs, vinyl clad railings and posts and azek trim with vinyl lattice. The crew was meticulous on details and great to deal with. I now have curb appeal I'm proud of and upkeep is basically just hosing it down. I would highly recommend these folks to anyone needing porch/deck work. Originally I was just going to change over the front porch railings and post from wood to vinyl clad.. "My wife and I hired TJ'S cleanout services for a complete kitchen remodel. We couldn't be happier with the results. Tj was very responsive and always was in communication with us. Consistently letting us know what step was next and what we should expect. This was our first experience with a project like this and weren't sure what to expect. We emailed and called so many contractors that either didn't answer or didn't respond. A few "contractors" we talked to got very uncomfortable when we wanted to check and make sure they were licensed and insured.
