"I thought he did a good job explaining what he did do but very disappointed they didn't explain that you had to pay a lot extra money to actually find out what kind of mold if any you had. The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do."

"I explained to Jeff that I had bought a new condo, which was new construction, and I had concerns that the HVAC was not properly working and I wasn't getting enough clean air. Jeff was able to come the very next day. He is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly passionate about what he does. He conducted many tests - toxic gas levels, dust, mold, dander, etc. After about 30 minutes of testing, he identified I had a slow gas leak in my gas fireplace, which apparently had not been installed right. He stayed with me while the gas company came to remedy the situation.
