"Went extremely well. I called David Gray when I first contracted with the contractor to build our new sunroom. David called us back within hours and was delighted to hear from us. He was extremely courteous and professional throughout this process. I called him a week before the contractor started to work on my property and David had already made arrangements with them. He drove out to our home to review the electrical work we needed and reviewed light fixtures, ceiling fan, etc. David listened to what our needs were and had excellent suggestions. David and his brother came on time and with all of the necessary parts. He included me during the installation process and answered all of my questions and kept e informed of his progress. Originally the works was quoted as a one day project but David and his brother explained that the needed a few more hours the next day. I was quite pleased with their honesty and that the were not going to rush just to get the job done. One day two David and his brother arrived with one extra crew member on time and ready to go. The completed the job earlier than I anticipated and walked me through the final finished work. I am very pleased with Gray Brothers Electic and plan to use them for all our Electic needs. "Our toilet seat snapped off and needed to be replaced.  We thought this might be something we could do ourselves (we do not consider ourselves to be 'handy'), but to be prepared, we researched a few contractors. We sent a message through Angie's List asking if they could install a toilet seat (soft close seat for a Toto Dual Flush toilet).  We received a quick response from Frank Pellerito asking us to provide details in order for them to send us a price quote.  We appreciate the promptness. However, after contacting Toto online, we received the information we needed to tackle the job ourselves.
