"Bob and his crew arrived right on time the morning of the appointment. A couple of them began dismantling the old furnace in the basement of the house, sweeping the floor and preparing the site for the new one, while a couple others did the same with the old AC unit outside in the backyard. Only when it occurred to me that I hadn't taken the old, broken water heater into account that I asked him if he could also install a new one fo those while he was there. He gave me a fair price quote, voiced no objections about messin gup his schedule or anything, and promptly went to obtain a water heater while his workers continued with their tasks. Everything was done in a matter of a few hours and the house was cleaned up better when they left than it was before they came!  I will call Bob for each of the next houses I plan to buy and rehab, knowing that he will do just as good a job on each one as he would on his own home or my own.
