"Dan presented the options to me and left the decision totally up to me. I decided to go with a stainless steel pre-insulated liner so I could burn wood this winter. Dan and his crew were friendly, knowledgeable, pleasant, professional, and respectful of my property. I had tons of questions and Dan answered each one without trying to put me off. I trusted Dan and he did exactly what he said he would do. He was deliberate and always concerned to provide the highest quality solution to my problem. He will not cut corners. He worked neatly and cleanly. I am very happy with work that was done and look forward to using my wood burning fireplace this winter. Dan came back to waterproof my chimney at my request because of water penetration into my interior wall. I highly recommend Dan/Willy's Chimney Services and will be using him in the future for follow up inspections"

"Mark S. was very responsive. He reviewed our situation and provided an estimate via email rather quickly. The chimney wall tiles were gradually falling and causing drafting issues. We immediately felt comfortable in hiring Mark and scheduled the work after the holiday. Mark, Ben and Dan arrived promptly and were courteous. They protected the basement storage area from any dust or debris by putting up plastic sheeting and laying down tarp. When they were finished, the area was spotless. The cement patch work on the wall opening was done nicely too. The replacement connections to oil water heater and two oil furnaces looks great as well. It all went well and we were pleased to have hired Chimney Savers and Mark Schaub and his crew. His estimate was fair."

"Frank Walsh the owner of Walsh Chimney was probably the very best contractor I have ever hired. Personable, professional and knowledgeable. He's been in the business over 50 years. What set him apart from the other chimney contractors initially was he answers his phone and he calls you back!! He supplies all reviews of his work including NJ CONSUMER AFFAIRS. His crew were polite, personable, professional and extremely hard working. Frank gave a great price and successfully solved numerous problems encountered with job of which none were of his doing. Highly recommended"

"Duane's people replaced the roof and all rotten wood, then then put siding and capping on the shed to match the house which they had done earlier. They put capping at the window to stop any future leakage. Everything went great and it looks like a totally new shed. for less than it would of cost me to tear it down and buy a new one."

"Total Chimney installed a new stainless steel cap over my three flue chimney. An initial misunderstanding about price was quickly and fairly resolved with the owner. The three crews which came to my house were all very professional, although the lead tech at the first visit did not measure, so the special order cap did not fit and a second one had to be ordered. During the whole process, my phone calls to the office were quickly returned and communication was excellent. I am very pleased with how everything was handled and recommend Total Chimney."

"First of all, Jeff always followed up with me. Whether I tried to contact him via a phone call, an email, or a message, he responded very quickly. He also showed up exactly when he said he would. I had another chimney repair company miss 2 appointments they had set, so it's great to have someone that actually cares about the customer and the customer's time. <br /> I had 6 different quotes to remove vegetation from my chimney and make the necessary repairs. Of the 6 quotes, 3 of the companies pulled up to my home, looked up at the chimney from the ground, and said "You need a new chimney" and quoted my thousands of dollars. The other 3 (including Serab) actually took out a ladder and climbed on the roof to inspect the chimney. All three of them said I did not need a "whole new chimney" and that it was in good shape and just needed some repairs. Serab gave me the best overall price and had the best customer service. <br /> When I contacted Jeff about doing the work, he came that day to go over the details of the job and he brought his worker who actually did the repairs. He created a new more detailed estimate spelling out everything that would be done and made sure his employee understood what was required and that I was satisfied with what would be done. It was amazingly detailed, unlike other contractors estimates I have seen in the past. He said multiple times that he wanted to make sure I am satisfied. I gave him a small deposit and he and his worker were there the next day to start the job. By the end of the day, my chimney was repointed and reflashed. He needed to come back a few days later (after everything dried), to finish the rest of the work. I offered to pay him part of the money for what was done on the first day and he refused. He said I should pay him the balance when the job is finished and i am happy with the work. Wow. A contractor not wanting money until everything was completed and I was happy?! I was stunned and pleased. <br /> His worker returned a few days later as promised and finished everything. The chimney looks new. Even my neighbors commented on how nice it looks. They were also very clean. Other than a new looking chimney, you couldn't even tell they had ever been there. <br /> Serab Chimney does quality work and actually cares about the customer. I would not hesitate to use them again. <br />"

"I had previously paid another contractor for this service, as part of a larger job. Unfortunately the waterproofing part of the job was delayed due to weather (water-proofing requires sufficiently warm temperatures, and a dry day). Before the vendor could provide the service, he sold the business to Certified Chimney, an established local company. As soon as I learned that Certified Chimney would be my new provider of services, I called their office and spoke with Kim. Kim was very polite and helpful, and literally within an hour there was a crew at my home to verify that the chimney had not been previously waterproofed. An appointment was setup promptly for the next dry/warm day, and a crew came out right on time to perform the service. They took their time in carefully applying the product and ensured that all surfaces were properly treated. Job well done."

"The same day I inquired for an estimate within a couple of hours someone arrived at my home. They were phenomenal in communication (Vincenza was fabulous) about what to expect time wise. All of my questions regarding my repairs were handled on the spot. I was promised they would return before the next rainfall and they didn't disappoint. While repairing the shingles on the roof they noted there was a crack in my chimney that was both quoted and repaired the same day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any one in need of their services."
