"Floor Coverings International removed old tile flooring in my kitchen and entryway and replaced it with vinyl plank flooring. Demolition was loud and messy, but the finished floor came out nice. Job was finished in one day. Only complaints are that they did not let me know they would be coming later than promised, they didnt put up plastic over the doors to keep the dust out of the rest of the house, they didnt push the stove all the way back into the wall, and their truck leaked oil on my driveway."

"great! The vinyl floor is by far the best I have seen. It looks like wood and no squeaking. Its solid and well made. The installers were professional."

"Parag and his team did an absolutely great job installing hardwood floors in our upstairs landing and sitting room. I built the house in 2015 and I could not find the same solid wood flooring to match the rest of the house. Parag took the time to come by multiple times with different samples and we were able to find an almost exact match. From start to finish, the team was responsive, efficient and delivered an outstanding finished product and it was cost effective. The house has a large spiral staircase and the detailed flooring finish around that spiral was a top-notch professional job. If you're looking for someone, VCH Flooring should be the top of your list."

"Eddie showed up on time to give me a fair, reasonable quote for my vinyl flooring. The job was accepted and work began shortly after. With only the one hiccup being that there was confusion on how much flooring was needed, everything went very smoothly and looks incredible. The work was done very quickly and very efficiently and I could not be happier with the outcome!"

"I did re-finishing and repair of my old wood floor. They also stain floor molding for me, and rail, and did nice saddles-transition between different floor. But they did not do shoe molding for me, also recommended to me. My question is if you do floor refinishing, why don't you do shoe molding also to provide full service regarding the floors to the customer?"

"The sales representative who came to my house was great. He was knowledgable, professional, and answered all my questions. There was less than expected communication with me during the ordering and receiving of the materials. It would have been nice to hear updates or have some contact while I waited for the materials to come in. The installers were great! Very mindful of my new floors and treated my home with respect. I ordered them food and encouraged them to take a break and drink coffee / water. I was disappointed to see sloppy trim work and the shower head leaked. However when the glass doors were installed (on a different day) that installer informed me the first shower head was broken and he had it replaced with a new one. Overall I love the new look of my bathroom. I’m still upset with the trim work because it feels sloppy and I am paying a lot for the overall project."

"Very happy with the floor. And the wife loves it. A win win."
