"I needed a lot of work and repairs done in my house. I called and met with Harvey about what I wanted to be done in my home, and two days later, the work was being conducted on my house. The significant items were that I needed new basement steps, and Harvey and his crew rebuilt all the steps and railings. I had my bathroom grouted, caulked, and repaired. I needed my kitchen to be refreshed and a new kitchen floor. In addition, the kitchen, dining room, lower and upstairs hallway, and living room were in need of repair and needed to be painted. I had my entire windows repaired and corked from the inside and the outside. Harvey and his men were very professional, polite, and extremely hardworking. They showed up every day on time and worked diligently through the day. Harvey offered good ideas and suggestions on my home improvements and repairs. I was thrilled by the outcome and the quality of their work. I would highly recommend them, and I plan to use them in the future."

Eddie is my general contractor for several rentals and my home. He put a beautiful kitchen in a shore rental, does every aspect of the construction bringing in great plumbers and electricians, too. Eddie aligns his work and subcontractors so it goes fast. He brings in locally constructed kitchen cabinets that are beautiful. Eddie is just finishing a home office addition and master closet for me, and it turned out perfect. Finish carpentry by Carlos is amongst the best I have seen. I can’t say enough about how professional Ed is, and all the team he brings in. His prices are very reasonable for the quality you will get. For major projects, you will not have to hires anyone else, he has the best on his team. I recommend Eddie and ETC at the highest level."

"Jeff did an amazing job with both renovations. Like many, i had a very difficult time choosing a contractor because you want someone that is honest and reliable. I priced out many general contractors and even priced out contractors for the individual jobs but Jeff was the most reasonable and was able to complete every part of the job. He was also very flexible as we changed what we wanted throughout the job. Jeff is very conscientious and responsive throughout the whole process and will make sure the job is done right. He also credited me for any extra items i purchased and was very fair when it came time to determine the final payment. "Hiring Boan Built was the best decisions I have ever made. From day one of Scott coming to give me an estimate to the final day of final touches it was amazing. There was never a day I didnâ t know what was going on. I did a major kitchen renovation, removed all the flooring in the entire house and did all new electric.
