Get matched with top deck or porch build or replacers in Eatonville, WA

"It did take time to get the project started, even after paying the deposit. I was called the day of the project start day, no heads up to be available. The two-man team was very nice but need more training. The man gate security is very weak, two lag bolts on the outside of the gate, removable in a matter of seconds with a 1/2" wrench (see photo). I did have to let the installer know that the one of the top caps were very crooked. No handle installed for the rolling gate or man gate, I had them install one from the old gate they removed. All and all the job is OK. I will be adding better security locking components."

"Absolutely excellent experience. Near Me Roofing Company and team did a great job on replacing shingles and eaves. Great quality materials, worked hard and fast and left everything clean. Princing on par with others; highly recommended."

"I recently hired Topaz Remodeling to remodel my front porch with Trex decking and new railing, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. From the very beginning, communication was clear and professional. John, the project manager, made everything easy—he walked me through the design, explained my options, and helped me stay within budget without compromising on quality. The team showed up on time, worked efficiently, and delivered top-notch results. The new Trex deck looks amazing—clean, modern, and built to last. The railing installation was also flawless and really brought the whole look together. It’s rare to find a company that combines excellent craftsmanship, fair pricing, and great service, but Topaz really delivered. Highly recommend them for any porch or deck project!"

"They responded to my request for an estimate immediately, engaged in the work in less than a week. They did quality work in 3 days and went above and beyond their required work. GREAT TEAM. GREAT WORK. GREAT DECK. THANK YOU"

"I’m posting this before Heartwood Home Exteriors begins our deck and covered awning, and here’s why: Ben and Shaun’s professionalism gives me complete confidence in the outcome. They spent real time walking me through every composite decking option: Trex, Fiberon, TimberTech. Explaining pros and cons without any upselling. Just honest guidance to help me choose right for our Lacey home and Pacific Northwest weather. What impressed me most: their values. Time is money, and they don’t waste yours. Transparent pricing, fair negotiation, clear answers. They’re licensed, experienced, and genuinely care about doing right by customers. Yes, they’re newer… which means they’re building their reputation the right way. That’s exactly what I want. I’ll update after completion, but I wanted to share this now because finding contractors with this integrity is rare. Highly recommend for composite decking in Olympia/Lacey."

"We Hired Evergreen for a very Large project on a Home we were fixing up. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience through the whole process. When Sam came out and gave us the estimate he was super knowledgeable about the whole build and all of the products that we were using, and not to mention very funny, we enjoyed his company very much. They set us up with a online portal that gave us notifications on everything and daily updates on the whole project whenever anything was happening. We were never put on the backburner or left in the dark for anything for any reason. They did such a good job on the house we couldn't be happier! We will always recommend Evergreen whenever given the chance."

"Great work, which a retired major contractor (who built skyscrapers) verified the they knew what they were doing . Am using them again to redo kitchen"

"Scott and Leo came out and discussed expectations of our project, offering suggestions as we progressed through the inspection. A few days later we were presented with a workorder (contract) that seemed a bit vague but we were assured that our needs would be met and a date was set to begin, weather permitting. A workorder was emailed with some changes we had requested. The roofing crew showed up on the appointed day but seemed disorganized and unsure of what was to take place. We were disappointed that Scott or Leo was not there to initiate the project and to provide us with confidence that such a big undertaking was under control. It was also drizzling that day and I was informed the crew was leaving before much of anything was started. We received apologies from both Scott and Leo for not being there at the onset and they explained the weather concerns. The next day the crew showed up with Scott and Leo who manned the project from that point on and were in constant contact with us. Some unforeseen damages became evident as the shingles and chimney were removed, primarily due to the previous shingles being put on over the plywood with no underlayment. Several other issues arose as the project continued but were substantiated with thorough explanations and we were given the option to do it cheaply or do it correctly. We sincerely appreciate the quality of workmanship and the work ethic of the crew. Though Ampro did not have the polish of some other roofing sales personnel from which we received estimates, we feel we have an excellent and most definitely a properly installed roof. We would recommend Ampro."
