"e.He made sure that dust did not inundate the rest of the house; completed the work in a week; communicated his plans and ideas clearly with me and responded to our needs. The price seemed reasonable at the time.
I cannot say enough good things about Marvel Homes, LLC! I am currently negotiating with then on our next job!

"Andrade have completed several projects for me to include roofing, flooring, bathroom remodeling, fireplace, and wall repairs. I have been extremely happy with the work he has done. So much so, that I plan to have him construct a retaining wall. His crew is professional, timely, and creative. He are exceptional in proving ideas to improve projects. Plus their prices are very reasonable. Happy Customer!"

"It went very well. The electrician, Danny, was excellent. When an opening in his schedule became available a day earlier than our planned appointment, he called to see if I wanted to take it. I found it much more convenient. As the company had requested, I had ordered and purchased the "fan" in advance. It was composed of parts that fit into the existing fan housing. Danny installed it, but found that style produced a rattling vibration which I did not want. He suggested a style that would perform better and cost only a little more. It included both the interior and exterior parts and dropped down from the roof into the attic. Although it was late in the day and extremely hot, he went to the hardware store, found the new type, and installed it. The cost of the job included the service and the new fan. He helped me pack up the other fan for return to the supplier and also gave me free advice about some unrelated wiring in the attic that was not up to code and would not pass inspection, if I had one in the future. The new fan has a thermostat and is working well."

"I had an estimate in hand within 3 days of calling, and within a few weeks my tile projects were underway. Clear communication and excellent work, and now I can enjoy my updated space. Would definitely not hesitate to hire again."

"It was fine. The original design didn’t meet my needs based on the information I provided them. However, they revised the plans which worked out better for me. They were able to get the first draft to me pretty quickly."

"The project went well. The house is 94 years young and has settled significantly. The crew made the correct adjustments and used effective approaches to complete the project to our satisfaction."

"Excellent, i am very pleased with the work"

"Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.
A true professional and great person to work with.  The design was spot on and my wife and i were very impressed.  Thank you Jill.
