"My family and I hired Jeff as our General Contractor to oversee the construction of our 1500 sq. ft. summer home. It was the best decision we made regarding this project. Jeff was a pleasure to work with. He was attentive to our design requests and of our vision for this home, while providing his expertise in all phases of construction from site work, foundation, framing, siding and roofing, stairs, and all interior finished work – including installing wood molding trim, doors, closets shelves, kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, all of which he does himself. Jeff hired and coordinated reputable subcontractors required to complete the project on schedule, and met all of his commitments regarding price, quality of materials, and high standard of professionalism and quality construction. Jeff was responsive over the 6-month schedule, keeping us informed of the overall progress, including subcontractor and weather delays, local permitting challenges, and coordination of several building inspections – all of which passed the first time attesting to the quality of Jeff’s work.
