"They came, and were on time. They knew immediately that the issue was: a capacitor failure. They had a replacement with them. They had installed within 15 minutes or so. The only complaint was the charge for replacing the ~$30 capacitor was $322, which was added on top of the $105 diagnostic charge. No one expects to get parts at cost with free installation. but charging 1,000% of the part's cost feels like I was taken advantage of. The total cost was $427 for fixing a $30 item. I will never recommend this company, and will warn people to stay away if they have a choice."

"Joey from SameDay came out within 1 hour and did what he could to get it working again, but it will not last long. I asked if he could give me an estimate on a new furnace and he had Larry here within 15 minutes to give me a variety of options. They were very thorough - checked the airflow and looked at the ducts. Of the 2 furnaces that it came down to, he recommended the cheaper one - said it would work great for my space. I don't hear that very often!! They will be installing tomorrow and I will do another review."

They were able to assess our forced air heater and found some cracks, that were causing potential CO leakage. They worked quickly but were very thorough in the subsequent installation of our new furnace. They also educated us the proper furnace filter for a residential furnaces. They also found a problem with our drainage of our upstairs furnace and we’re able to fix that as well. I HIGHLY recommend these guys!"
