"Andrew was wonderful! Very professional. He repaired the ceiling so well you can't see where the damage was in the first place. He cleaned up after each visit and left no trace of dust/debris. His quote was accurate and very reasonable. I would use him again for any job around the house and will share his information with my neighbors. He was that good."

"Despite examining it at the time of the estimate and planning to install a new sweep (with the expectation that it would wear out over time due to the odd angle of the door), they were, in fact, unable to make a new sweep fit. They did create a custom bracket and installed it to the fixed panel, securing it in place. I am disappointed with the sweep situation."

"Excellent work and extremely professional. I’d hire them for all my glass repair needs."

"Capital Siding, Windows, & Roofing replaced our hail damaged roof in May of 2024. They were recommended at the advice of a neighbor and friend, who had used them twice before to repair her own roof as the result of two different hail storms. I could not ask for an easier and more friendly company to work with. Danny in the office was easy to get a hold of and would always respond promptly and professionally to all of my inquiries. Jeff Moore, the company’s owner, also regularly made himself available, as I had never been through the process of a roof repair before and I had a lot of questions. Everything was explained to me in full, with relation to the options and financial considerations, and with courtesy. Azael and his crew arrived on site with friendliness and professionalism and even helped me to move some things that were too heavy for me to move ahead of time by myself. They did all of this with a smile, and with an ‘all in a day’s work’ attitude. My home is rather old, and its underlying roof structures were in need of some serious TLC. Azael was very helpful in explaining the issues to me, and I never felt pressured to make improvements at additional costs that I didn’t want to make. Great company to work with!"

"The Glass Guru was incredibly professional, responsive and friendly! They had to custom repair some rotting window sills in a new to us condo in MSP. We were impressed with their craftsmanship, communication and overall honest assessment of our problem. Thank you for making the process so easy and being so great to work with!"

"We had a window replace due to a stress crack. The repair was well above 40 ft high and they did a fabulous repair AND clean some markings left on the ceiling from prior repair. They were professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I would recommend them to family and friends. Thanks again Juan B., Ahston, and Jason C."

"Have used this contractor for all home improvement and repair work for over 40 years. Always good work at a fair price."

"The installers were courteous and professional. The only problem is one of the windows was delivered defective. The company quickly promised to repair it but so far has not even scheduled a repair. I don't mind if its weeks/months out, but I do want to be on the schedule. Otherwise it seems like once they had our money, they stopped caring."

"A large tree limb fell on my garage during a windstorm and caused damage to the roof, gutter and one of the walls. A small tree branch also punctured the roof of the house. In looking for a contractor to repair the damage, I found Mike Higgins on Angie's list. He returned my call the same day, and came out the next day to inspect the damage and provide an estimate for repair. It was almost a month before the insurance adjustor examined the damage, and Mike kept in touch during that time. He was there to meet with the adjustor the day he arrived, and to discuss the needed repairs.  Supplies were ordered and the repairs began within the next 2 weeks. The workers were all courteous and did a great job of cleanup. They were patient with my questions, and the work was done in a timely manner. I would definitely call Higgins Construction again!
