"Victoria and her team are exceptional in communicating from the beginning of the construction process through the end. Additionally, Victoria feels and sees your vision and works closely with you to make it a reality."

"Great job and we are very impressed. A car ran into one of our buildings, causing structural and major stucco damage. The crew showed up in a very timely manor, (the next day) and completed the job in a week. Actually went above and beyond what we requested to put bigger smiles on our faces. The crew will be our "go-to-crew" for future projects."

"we elected not to proceed with our project at this time, but liked very much the contractor, their promptness and their estimate"

"Neal Property Management built an outdoor shower and enclosure for our family. They handled all the plumbing, the installation of the posts, the drainage, and the floor decking. They also built an outdoor sink inside the enclosure. Additionally, they replaced an out-of-code electrical line for our hot tub and got it running for us again. On every aspect of each project, they were meticulous and professional. Our family was blessed to have been able to work with them and I would highly recommend Neal Property Management for any work around your home."

"Charles did an excellent job providing design recommendations for my kitchen cabinets and the kitchen itself. Based on his recommendations, he also expertly crafted matching “cabinet-like” doors to match the cabinets purchased. He incorporated this look around my free standing area that encompassed my walled-in downdraft stove which was previously covered in tile. He also designed my pantry door to my existing pantry area that matched the purchased cabinets. He saved me several thousands of dollars in lieu of purchasing new pantry cabinetry that would have required reconfiguration of the wall. I’ve received many compliments on the pantry door as well as the rest of the kitchen cabinetry remodel."

Jerry removed about a 4' by 3' area of a prior stucco repair that was very, very obvious.  He found some cracks in the block under the patch and taped them (he took the initiative to do this - I had no idea that they were there).  He then re-stuccoed and retextured to match the existing stucco on the rest of the wall.

To me, stucco is a difficult medium - it's essentially a concrete patch on a vertical surface.  It requires more than a contractor.  It requires a contractor with an understanding of how to match and blend existing surfaces into the new patch.  There's an element of artistry involved, and Jerry proved more than up to the task.  While the patch had been quite evident before his work, you'd have to know it was there now to 'find' it.  Which is exactly what I was looking for.

Bottom line:  Jerry isn't the least expensive.  But if spending a bit extra to get the job done right is something you're okay with, he's your guy.  I'm very pleased with his work.

"Joe did an amazing job on my bathroom remodel! The experience with him remodeling my bathroom and building a custom shower was great. He went above and beyond. He was very professional and punctual, and very detail oriented from beginning to end of construction. I have, and I will highly recommend Joe Somerville to take care of your remodeling needs! He is sharp as a razor and on point like a needle, and most importantly he is very trustworthy and a man of his word. Thanks again for all of the hard work Joe!"

"The entire team at National HomeCraft earned 5 star rating starting with Kathy who responded right away on scheduling someone to come to our home for the free consultation. Followed then by Jeff Beback the representative who explained each step of the process to renovate our 30 year old shower. Demolition and then reconstruction with a beautiful acrylic shower was seamless with the work crew Scott and Brandon. They were punctual, hard working and very skilled at removing the old shower and installing the new. And we saved thousands going with National HomeCraft versus our first quote!! Overall an excellent experience start to finish!!"

"MDZ was extremely efficient and professional. The team communicated with us at every point during the renovation process. The gave suggestions on how to change the design concept to better suite or needs. I have recommended MDZ to many of friends."
