When we met with Lelia Hattersley of Culver Construction, she assured us that they could build us a house of this design, only a much better quality. We chose 2 lots that we wanted to join together as one lot and called Paul Culver who walked the lot with us and approved the lot for building. He obtained the plans for the house we wanted and we were able to easily make any changes that we wanted (front porch & patio, high ceilings).
