Confirmed power to a 13 yr old failed on demand water heater and encountered one small issue when running new service for an over-range microwave regarding the TYPE of outlet installed; Joe returned and swapped out the errant outlet promptly the next day and there was no supplemental charge... all other work WAS as his status indicated... "The most important thing they did was give a fair price for the job of replacing the old with a whole new system . The bid was definitely acceptable. The crew of two showed up when they said they would. Living in Florida everyone knows how brutal the heat can be. The two men worked all day replacing literally everything and never complained about anything. They did a great job and so glad the ac unit is working perfectly. This particular unit was installed at my daughters home. We used Total Comfort after we had a lightening strike and our unit had to be replaced. We also use their maintenance program to keep everything in top shape. Josh is I believe the supervisor and gave us the original bid at a fair price.
