"Other then it took forever for us to get permits from the county to start the garage, it did take on speed, a couple of things had to be redone, but all looks good now. Thanks"

"A&N have been wonderful! They did a great job on the bathroom remodel I needed done on a typical cramped 1950s style bathroom to make room for my mother with her walker. They were able to create so much more space and put in a beautiful walk in shower that works perfectly!"

"D&H Demolition quickly demoed the carpet from my living, dining , and steps to the second floor. Replaced with re- claimed hardwood flooring which resulted in a significant cost savings for me. "We recently had a kitchen and bath remodel done by Misha’s Home Improvement Inc. and they did such an amazing job creating our dream kitchen and bath! Their craftsmanship, professionalism and attention to detail was exceptional! Misha and his crew were an absolute pleasure to work with! There are many choices out there for contractors to work with but we made the best choice when we chose to work with Misha! If you are looking to have your Kitchen and bath remodeled, we highly recommend that you go with Misha’s Home Improvement Inc."

"The scope of the project - a relatively small one for a big contractor- included power washing and leveling the flagstone pavers around the pool and cleaning/repairing the pavers on the driveway and the access path in the backyard. As the work progressed, we realized that significantly more pavers were needed than we and the contractor had anticipated and that a change order was required. Precision Craft handled the original project and the change order professionally, with attention to details and with concern for our budget. The project was thus completed as scheduled and within the (revised) budget."

"Pablo worked with me to customize the fence and deck replacement following storm damage. He repaired things I hadn't known were wrong and worked with my neighbors to ensure they were not losing property use during or after construction."

"As reflected in the ratings above, in general, we were very pleased with the work by AMS.

In particular, their interior painting and bathroom renovation work were superb.  Other components of the renovation were good as well.

The owner, Frank, was cordial and professional.  As an example, he was well versed in working with the stairway and made good suggestions, while respecting our thoughts.  He even worked with a new subcontractor for the stairway railing and glass that seemed to have the better proposal than the one he usually uses.

The AMS crew members who worked on the basement, stairway, painting and bathroom were courteous and responsive to changes and suggestions.  They also "cleaned up" their work area each day.  They seemed to be a happy bunch, and at times we could hear one of them singing (pretty well :-) while working in the basement.

I suppose the best measure of a renovation company would be whether we would request their services again.  The answer would be a resounding "Yes"!"
