JLI Services, Inc took on our project not knowing what was under the overgrown ivy. Once all the ivy was removed, they built the 100 ft long staggered retaining wall, used the proper drainage for the height of the wall, back filled, and then added top soil with grading to connect to our existing yard. As a bonus, they laid grass seed and covered with hay. Through this process, we gained an additional 3 1/2 feet of yard that we never knew we had because of the ivy overgrowth. We added to their scope of work, and they were able to meet our needs each time. The job was completed on schedule and done on budget. The workers were friendly and answered any questions we had.
