"Michael was friendly and professional, got the work done quickly and efficiently, and on budget. Will definitely reach out again for future needs"

"It went well. The install was done in approximately 3 hours; knowledgeable technicians. Our drinking water tastes amazing and resolved hard water problem."

"I cannot say enough good things about our experience. I filled in a project quote request online. Within 1 day, Gary the sales rep called us. He came to our the same week and drew out a sketch and quote. The quote was very reasonable. The contractors were more than professional. They cleaned up after themselves, were polite and attention to detail was wonderful. We are VERY happy. We asked for bids from another contractor who did not get back to us for 3 weeks!"

"Pricing was competitive with other vendors. Service was thorough, clean, and professional. We have two cats. Technician was very accommodating in planning service to free up one room completely within the first hour, so that we did not have to cage the cats and keep moving them from room to room.

"Ken did a complete bathroom remodel for us from the floor to the ceiling. He was always on time and the whole remodel was finished on time. The work was great and weeks after he finished, we wanted the water temperature adjusted and Ken responded quickly . Ken is a easy person to deal with and he does not over charge or adjust his estimated cost higher after he starts the remodel."

"I liked Chris immediately, however, the price he quoted was over my budget and did not include upgrading my 1st floor lineloeum.   I did get other estimates that were much more reasonable and included removing my 1st floor linoleum and replacing it with an ugrade.  Additionally, other estimates included painting more areas of the house than what Chris offered.
Additionally, it seemed as if Chris was tremdously busy, and I respect that... But, I had to contact him (2 weeks) to ask for an estimate.  He did bring in a Paint specialist free of charge to discuss the type of paint I should be using.  When talking to the paint specialist I pinpointed to the detail exactly what I wanted to be performed in the house.   When I called Chris the second time a week after, he did not seem to know anything about my discussion with the Sherwin Williams paint specialist.
Chris seemed to be genuinely concerned about me and I am sure he would have done an outstanding job.  It's just that I needed to stay within my budget and also wanted my first floor to be upgraded.

"End of the second week and what appears to be a small job and only a third to a quarter is done. Granted, we have had some rain along the way, but last two days have been sunny and warm and they never showed up or bothered to call to inform me as to what their plans were."
