"My old water heater went out yesterday and of course leaked water all over. I shut it off and stopped the leaking. Called early this morning looking for someone to install a new one. Jim was actually sent over by another plumber who could not get to my job right away. Jim showed up, looked at the job, we talked about the options and he gave me a bid. Let to get the new water heater. We back in about thirty minutes. He had to make some changes to the water and gas lines. Added shut offs and installed new one. Took the time to explain operation and maintenance of the new one. Cleaned up the work site. Removed all debris and old water heater. I was impressed with his work and his attitude.

"James and Robert came out early the next morning, after I had a huge leak under my sink and flooded kitchen. I called James at 9pm that evening. They arrived early to assess the problem and gave me an incredibly reasonable estimate. They are professional, friendly, and completed the repairs in record time. I live in a 65 year-old home and have had my share of inept, incompetent trades people, specifically plumbers, rip me off and do shoddy workâ ¦ James and Robert are top-notch, and even gave me good advice as to who to call to avoid a mold issue with the wet interior and exterior walls. "The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."
