I was only given a Work Order after the repair because I insisted he provided me with something He was here for less than one hour total replacing two rusted-out toilet bolts. The Work Order reflects anew tank kit, a new flipper, and a new supply line, none of which were replaced. He charged me $400 for replacing the two bolts and then pressured me to pay cash (I did not). He also told me that he provided no guarantee for his repairwork."
