Daniel, our project manager, is so responsive, always available by email/ phone/ text to discuss things that would come up. We kicked off our project right when COVID-19 shut downs started and so it took a long time for the city to approve our plans, but Daniel was resilient and checked in frequently throughout the process. "Vince Buggiano with a three man crew got it done in half a day. Did it by climbing - no crane. No topping allowed. The sweet gums were unpruned for 30? years and needed a large amount of cutting. There was a lot of rotting or damaged wood. Vince was there the whole time and informative. He could answer all my questions and knew the work. Friendly and conversational.

"We previously hired a contractor to install the sprinker/irrigation system. The same day the system was turned on, the pipe burst. The contractor promised to fix it right away; he started the repair job, but never finished it. After trying unsuccessfully for more than a week to get that contractor finish the paid-for job (which he had said could be done in less than a day), we gave up, and called Nato of Zarco Landscaping. It was a small project. But Nato came out for an estimate the same day we called him, and got the job done the next day. He was responsive, punctual, professional, and the job was well done. He was significantly more expensive than the previous contractor, but we were happy to pay more for good, solid service."
