"If you’re looking for a quick answer, yes – hire RLS Construction immediately. You can’t go wrong. Last January, my wife and I discovered that our add-on family room (unpermitted by the previous owners) was getting water damage from the constant rain. Rather than repairing it, we decided to renovate it, and build a bigger family room with a master bedroom and bathroom. We interviewed 10 contractors, and Bob Stubblefield was one of them. Of the 10 we got quotes from, Bob’s ranked in the middle lower end. His price seemed fair compared to the other quotes we received, but we ultimately went with him because he was very courteous, knowledgeable and positive. He made us feel at ease. Prior to this remodel, I had never experienced one and I was very concerned with who I was letting into my house while I was away at work. Bob and his crew were polite and professional, that all of my worries went away. In fact, Bob made it a priority to introduce us to his crew – and whenever somebody new was working, he made sure there were introductions. The work RLS Construction did was absolutely fantastic.
