"We opened this project through Angi on a Sunday afternoon, after our water heater started leaking on Saturday afternoon and completely stopped heating our water that night, I had been calling multiple plumbers with no luck (except high prices and a few day wait) the water heater guyz matched to us and called while I was still on the phone with the Angi agent! I called back Ty once I was off the phone with Angi, I then sent him a few pics of our water heater/water heater closet area and he was able to call me back and discuss a new tank vs tankless water heater. We decided to go with a new tank water heater and Ty then sent us an estimate that we signed and was able to schedule us for the next morning, Monday morning to get the water heat replaced! The gentleman Joe that he sent did an amazing job, very kind, efficient and professional. A few hours later we had hot water and 2 days later we had our inspection from the city. "Talked to Carl. About an estimate and he came out the following day. He assessed the problem we were having and explain what was going on. He asked some questions regarding the toilet and suggested the best solution would be to replace it. We scheduled a date for the removal and replacement and he would procure the necessary items to complete the job. After the install, he checked for leaks made sure it operated as advertised and the the work area was cleaned. All in all, it was very pleasant experience and I would use hime again."
