"There were some problems with installation (siding around windows shabby looking) and sizing (couple of windows didn't fit and wouldn't go up/down), but all problems were satisfactorily addressed in a timely manner.  Installer (Roger) was professional and pleasant; he always called 20-30 minutes ahead to say he was on his way. We would recommend Clear Choice.

"Good overall company, but they lack communication... I would give them a "D" for that. installers were sloppy as well, nails all over the driveway and in pool as well as loose shingle pcs all over the place. Installers lacked supervision big time. Now overall did they do a good job....yes I believe so, it looks great and their 15 yr warranty is best in the industry. But very sloppy and again lacked supervision... I had to makes tons of phone calls to get answers. Home office needs to monitor the job better & keep homeowner in the loop on everything that is going on & not rely on one field supervisor as he is probably spread too thin. They also dented my garage door which I need to address with them."

"Excellent product and the installation team was courteous and highly professional. Now in the process of replacing sliding glass doors and one of my questions was of if it would be the same installation team. Quality products, expert installation at reasonable price."

"We had bought a new home that had shutters according to code. If a storm was forecast, it would have been impossible for me to put the shutters up because they were made to fit horizontally. I don't even own an electric drill, which is a must for this kind of installation. When Don came we analized each window and door opening and what best could be done. He already had gone to Lowe's to inquire about the material prices. With prices in hand, we could decide what type of shutters to use to make it cost efficient and safe. It was a pleasure working with him, his ideas were excellent and I will now be able to shutter the house myself, if the need arises. I have many more projects that need to be addressed and yes, I will ask Don to do the work. PS: I should mention that over 70% of the cost went for material."

"The window install went great very clean! Windows and front door look and work better than before!"

"It was a very good experience.......Kerry cleaned as he went and did not leave any mess. I appreciate his recommendations of changing the swing of the door, which is now more convenient to the pool and adding a sun filter to the window to lessen the heat to the bathroom. His quote was complete with no added expense once the project had started. That is a very important aspect of hiring a professional. Thank you, Kerry!"
