This company

has us on a yearly maintenance agreement, A/C inspection in the spring, furnace in the fall and plumbing in the summer. Each visit the A/C / furnace, the filter is replaced, Also, As seniors we can't reach the filter, so in Jan they come out and replace it, even though no other service is scheduled! Now that is service!  That's why I write about them every visit. Thank You. Sun Mechanical !"
