"Western Rooter to the rescue again! I had a small underground leak which appeared to be due to a bad sprinkler valve. A sprinkler repair company determined that it was not a bad sprinkler valve and thought it was due to a leak in the main water line. Daniel and Alex dug down to find that the leak was coming from a very old (at least 36 years) broken pvc line. After much testing and head scratching to try to figure out where the water was coming from, they decided to "chase the pipe." After much digging, they found that the very old broken pvc pipe was hooked up to a sprinkler valve that was buried 18 inches underground that had not been capped--only turned off. Roots from a nearby tree had opened the valve which caused the leak--crazy! The current sprinkler system has been the same one since we moved into the house in 1988. It took 36 years for the underground leak to occur!"

"They called us quickly and got a plumber out within a few days. Super thorough - tested all pipes and water sources to diagnose the problem. They were able to perform maintenance on most bathrooms the same day and improve the water temperature in our showers. Gave helpful, non-biased advice on potential further plumbing improvements. We will likely call this company again for any and all future plumbing needs."

"As expected, I got bombarded with several texts/calls/Angi messages as soon as I requested a Water Heater replacement. I waited for a human to leave a message instead of automated systems, which was Paul at Complete Plumbing located in Claremont. Same day replacement, haul away, and install of a 40 Gal. Bradford White was $1595 (2 year labor water, 6 year manufacturer warranty). Michael did the installation and had a delay from the first job, but Paul kept updating status and the install time wasn't much later than the original estimate. Michael answered all my questions and concerns."

"I absolutely love that they work within your schedule to come out to perform services requested. I contacted their office late at night and they were able to schedule Chris the manager the next morning to provide me with a free second opinion. I had another local company that wanted to gouge me for everything that I had. This prompted me ti contact Renowned. After Chris did his free diagnosis, he went to me a reassured me that my issue was not as bad. I went ahead and had Chris and his team repair the section of sewer that only needed to be replaced. The entire sewer line did not need replacement like the other company stated it did.. Itâ s very hard to find trustworthy plumbers these days. Im so blessed I found mine."

"I had a last minute need for a kitchen faucet installation and was accommodated within 3 hours of making the call. Athen arrived within the time frame I was given, assessed the work area and product then began installation immediately. Everything was installed within an hour and the area was cleaned up before he left."

"Rubio’s Plumbing service is by far the most professional experience you will ever have when it comes to trouble shooting, repair, or a new & complete repiping service. I have used Rubio’s on a number of occasions and each one has exceeded my expectations by far. I have had my home water service repiped without any issues. This was a huge undertaking that was performed quickly and without water disruptions. I have called them back during a remodel to change my laundry service location, both natural gas and water hookup that went smoothly. Rubios Plumbing also installed a bathroom vanity with the necessary plumbing upgrades which included faucet and sink fixtures. Their service was so incredibly reasonable in price and the quality of service was very professional. Rubios takes pride in their work and the cleanup afterwards. They provide recommendations to minimize future plumbing issues, forecasting recommendations to keep things in working order. Additionally, I called them once again to remove my old gas water heater and replace it with a Tankless Water Heater. A suitable location was found and the demo & installation process was completed once again with very positive results and no issues whatsoever. I could go on and on about how well they are but the bottom lines is, They were affordable and always worked within my budget. Rubios is a local company making it more convenient with a timely response to tackle any immediate problems. I highly recommend this company and I will certainly be calling them once again for my future home addition project coming up soon.
