He immediately determined an alternate water supply arrangement and also was extremely helpful in choosing a new filter assembly. "Just passing through to give another huge shout-out to Ron’s Express Plumbing and his crew! For the second time within 4 months, we had an emergency plumbing issue, this time waking up to our water heater busted this morning. We called and left a message at 4:30 a.m. and by 5:30 we received a return call from Ron saying they would be out to the house by 8:00 am. He was unable to so he gave us an estimate on replacing the clogged valve. He did not charge us for the time he had spent trying to unclog the valve. If I also wanted to replace my noisy insinkerator it would be $859. I asked how long it would take and I was told 'about two hours, maybe longer.' </p> I thought that sounded like a lot of money per hour because I knew what the PVC pipes and insinkerator cost. I was told 'we get our prices out of a book,' and that the prices are standardized. They also touted their warranty as the best in town. I passed on the repair. They were on time and professional, but I called another plumber because I felt their quote was excessive. I ended up paying half as much to another company (apparently they must use a different book) including the insinkerator replacement. They offered the same warranty."
