"They were very good. I had two different residencies. So I used one of the Angie's List big deals at each location. They were on time, very prompt and professional. They were very easy to work with. I was very pleased. With regard to price, they were very reasonable. I didn’t feel like I was pressured to buy anything additional that I didn’t need. They told me exactly what was going on. Their responsiveness and punctuality were very good. I love the email system that they have. As soon as I buy a coupon, they send me an email and say let's schedule this. "We noticed water under the kitchen sink on a Saturday morning, called around and were able to get Jacob to come by the same day two hours after we called. He gave us an estimate over the phone after we sent him pictures. He showed up at the time he indicated, performed the work quickly and even gave us pointers on how to fix our sometimes-leaky dishwasher airgap. The duct work and previous unit was not installed correctly. Don was help to work with the things we could not change and still made it possible to heat and cool all floors consistently."

"Email communication was hit-or-miss.  Sometimes I would get an immediate response, other times weeks went by and I didn't get a response until I prompted them for an update.  The installer was polite and professional but several of the trim pieces were damaged on installation and the fit and finish is not great.  It took over a month to get the damaged parts replaced and one of the replacement parts is also damaged in the same location as the first piece.  It's not noticeable enough that it's worth taking another day off work to have it replaced again, though.  The caulk lines are not very even, the drain is not centered in the floor of the shower, and the trim piece around the shower handle is off-center as well.  I will admit that I can be fussy about these sorts of things and these may not be issues for other people but it's bothersome enough to me that I wouldn't use Re-Bath again.

"Perfect job! First time they came out they determined the problem was in the gasline encased in stonework. Recommended getting a stonemason to chip away the rock, expose the line. Lined up the stonemason and phoned Jamison to make the appointment. Owner of company told me he would personally come out at the time of the stonemason to make sure no more stone than necessary removed. He did so. After rock removed, one of Jamison's plumbers came out, replaced the gasline (obstructed w/years of corrosion) and replace the ignition switch, reassembled the burner and ignited the pit. This company has first class workers and know what they are doing! Highly recommend for complicated jobs, such as this one! Thanks!
