He was on time, very knowledgeable and had great communication skills. They misled us from the beginning, making promises about what was possible that turned out to be untrue. The workmanship was extremely poor, and they ultimately abandoned the project before it was finished. I was forced to file a complaint with the Registrar of Contractors due to the serious problems. To make matters worse, items went missing from my garage while their crew was on site. In my opinion, this company showed a complete lack of honesty and professionalism. They lied to us, failed to deliver, and left us with a mess to clean up. I would strongly caution anyone considering them ? don?t make the same mistake we did."
